About Our Founder
Meet Becah: Your Ballet Teacher
Becah, a graduate in pre-professional ballet dancing, is your key to unlocking the graceful world of ballet. With over six years of hands-on teaching beginner dancers, she creates well-rounded sessions for aspiring women seeking to develop dance technique, muscle strength, mobility, and artistic expression. She understands how overwhelming learning ballet can feel sometimes, hence her focus on giving you room to make mistakes without feelings of inadequacy.

Our approach
We will practice Plié, Tendu, Dégagé, Rond de Jambe à Terre, Retiré, Développé, Relevé, Petit Battements.
Including across the floor & traveling exercises: Tendu, Port de Bras, Grand Battement, Connecting Steps, Sauté, Turns, Side-to-Side, Arabesque Positions, Synocopated Steps.
Distinguished by its focus on training muscle memory, PBT employs ballet-specific exercises, providing a progressive approach from beginner to advanced levels. It places emphasis on strategically strengthening specific muscle groups to prepare beginner dancers' bodies and minds to perform some more challenging ballet moves such as achieving a better turnout, Retiré, Arabesque, Port de Bras...
Progressing Ballet Technique
This 8-week programme will bring the innovative Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises specific for adults who can improve mobility, flexibility, balance and muscle strength. We will use Theraband, Lacrosse Ball and Fusion Ball in class.
