Choose Your Underwater Adventure
This workshop allows you to customize your underwater experience. Whether you prefer a decorative tie that doesn’t restrict your movements, partial restraints such as only your arms or legs tied, or a full-body tie that challenges your courage and surrender, the choice is yours. For the more adventurous souls opting for all limbs to be tied, Rina and our assistant will be there to guide and support you, ensuring your safety as you are submerged and pulled back to the surface.
Rina, a certified freediving instructor, alongside Sarah and our assistant, will be closely monitoring every moment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and empowering experience as you create breathtaking underwater art.

- Held at Sarah’s stunning home and studio, this private oasis features:
A pool with depths ranging from 4’ to 8.5’ and an easy stair entry.
A hot tub heated to 88˚– 95˚ (depending on outdoor temperatures).
A covered patio, along with access to bathrooms, a kitchen, and living spaces for your comfort.

Workshop Schedule 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Morning: Setting the Scene
Warm introductions, vision-setting, and calming breathwork to prepare for the water.
Guided water instruction with time to capture stunning photos, no ropes required.
Midday: Simple Elegance
Simple yet striking ties focusing on either arms or legs (30-40 minutes per participant).
Afternoon: Artistic Exploration
Dive deeper with more intricate ties (30-40 minutes per participant). Push the boundaries of underwater artistry.

Sarah Teveldal
Sarah is an award-winning underwater photographer whose portfolio includes maternity shoots, athletes, musicians, and more. Her mantra, "Let go, just flow," echoes the philosophy of shibari, encouraging subjects to surrender to the water’s embrace. With 15 years of experience, Sarah captures stunning, one-of-a-kind images that celebrate your unique beauty.
