          Before going to a free taster class, I was feeling very depressed, fat, and blobby after starting the menopause. I have achieved so much since then. I have dropped a dress size, toned up to a figure I am proud of, and now I can say I have lost some weight. I feel so much more confident and better in myself!

          Who cares? We're all about having fun. It genuinely doesn't matter whether you've got two left feet and no rhythm, or have been a backing dancer for Beyonce! You'll pick up the moves throughout the class, and the more you take part, the better you'll get. Another thing we hear a lot from our ladies is "I can't dance, trust me. No, I'm really bad. I won't be able to do it." If that sounds familiar, don't worry... we're experienced at getting anybody and everybody moving! And as long as you're moving, you're doing better than you would be if you were sat on the sofa!

          We totally get it! Taking that first step into a fitness class can be a bit intimidating, but trust us, you're not alone in feeling this way. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible for everyone - and our instructors offer modifications so you can go at your own pace. You'll find a supportive and welcoming community cheering you on, so please don't let it put you off. The most important thing is to have fun while getting healthier!

          Our Liverpool classes are Allerton URC, Hamlet Baptist Church, and Liverpool College. Once you've booked, we'll send you the address of the venues, as well as information on how to get there, where to park, and anything else you might need to know before arriving.
