What is Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient practice that empowers you to work with your own internal energy. It is described as the art of effortless power, a moving meditation practice that brings you into the present moment. It is a series of gentle stretches, activations, flows with the breath. It can support you to clear tension and stress, develop emotional balance, calm your mind and be centred to listen to your own inner guidance.

Can I participate if I have a busy schedule or in a different timezone?

Yes. Replays will be available for the month of the class and the links emailed to you. It is recommended to save the links so they are accessible for you. Each replay is accessible for the month and is not downloadable. You may have access to other routines depending upon the energy of the group. As a member of the Energetic Sanctuary you will have discounts to my other services such as energetic blueprints (Quarterly, 6 or 12 months charts), VIP coaching and 1:1 Qi gong routines and/or meditations specifically created for what you need. I will also have a mixture of evening and morning sessions for various timezones. The intention of the morning and evening sessions also is for more energising starts to your day or more yin nourishing energy for rest and rejuvenation.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for annual subscription change of mind as you are receiving the monthly energetic pdfs upfront. This is a recurring annual payment.

There are no refunds for monthly payment. This is a monthly recurring payment. Although you can unsubscribe at anytime through Stripe the payment provide platform or by emailing [email protected]. If you decided to unsubscribe and rejoin later it cannot be guaranteed that the subscription will be the same price.
