The afternoon session begins Friday at 3pm and includes the Ignite The Spark: Release Workshop, a Reflection Hour & Self-Care Journaling before gathering for a Mindful Eating Dine & Learn for dinner. The final workshop of the day, Sweet Dreams Wind-Down, will introduce you to self-care sleep practices to de stress, unwind and release tension.
Rise & Shine Yoga Meditation | Mindful Eating Luncheon | Breakthrough Session: Healthy Boundaries | Reflection Time | Sweet Dream WindDown
Begin the day with Rise & Shine Yoga Meditation, a nurturing session for all abilities followed by a nutritious continental breakfast. The Power of Touch Workshop leads the morning session with self-massage techniques for self-care. The 2nd workshop is Mindful Eating Lunch & Learn an interactive luncheon centered on ways to nourish your body (includes meal). Breakthrough Session: Healthy Boundaries is held after lunch before a guided nature walk and Reflection & Self-care Journalling Time. Dinner is followed up by relaxation time and Sweet Dream WindDown, self-care sleep practices to de stress, unwind and release tension.
Rise & Shine Yoga Meditation | Raw & Unfiltered Workshop | Create Your 'Ignite The Spark Plan'
Begin the day with Rise & Shine Yoga Meditation followed by a nutritious continental breakfast. The Raw & Unfiltered Workshop leads the morning session with empowering ways to prioritise self-care in your life and create your Ignite The Spark Plan. Reflection Time is provided to complete your plan. The closing ceremony will wrap you up in the confidence to return to daily Life sticking to your plan.
