Hi, I’m Addie, the heart behind Addie Cakes! Ever since I was little, I’ve loved making cakes—starting with playdough creations and now with real, delicious bento cakes!
Being diagnosed with Glycogen Storage Disease (GSD) at just four months old hasn’t stopped me from dreaming big. In fact, it’s inspired me to explore different ways to bake—whether it’s low sugar, dairy-free, or GSD-friendly options, I believe everyone should be able to enjoy a sweet treat!
I love traveling the world and discovering cakes from different cultures. From the charming pâtisseries of Paris to the historic cafés of Vienna, I’m always finding inspiration to bring back to my own creations!
With Addie Cakes, I get to share my passion for baking, creativity, and fun! Whether you’re decorating your own bento cake or adding your personal touch with edible paints and sprinkles, my goal is to make cake decorating an exciting, magical, and joyful experience for everyone.
