No sorry. Supplements are not included, as these are only given after a full 1:1 consultation. Everyone is unique and has specific needs and micronutrient deficiencies, together with medications that may be taken - these need to be looked at in detail on an individual basis.
Plan for around 30-45mins to prepare foods, join the group WhastApp and digest the daily email and materials.
Yes! We'll be sending out the Spectrum of Health Handbook on the Friday 25th before the programme starts for exactly this reason. This will include some recipe suggestions to enable you to plan and prep ahead over the weekend, to set you up for the best possible start.
No. We don't include a specific exercise plan, as everyone will be at their own stage / level of ability. However, we do discuss this as one of the key pillars and give some guidance and resources around exercise as this is essential for overall health.
The programme materials will be yours to keep for LIFE! Any call recordings will be available for 3 weeks after the end of the programme to enable you to catch up on anything you may have missed.
Don't worry. While we cannot specify you a bespoke nutrition plan without a 1:1 consultation. We have included a range of recipes that exclude common allergens and have options / adaptations for vegan, vegetarians and omnivores.
The recipes are of course optional, but they are designed around supporting the symptoms of stress. Ultimately what you eat determines your stress response and resilience.
