A trauma sensitive approach to wellbeing and accessibility in theatre and performance making FREE WORKSHOP

This is the workshop for you if:

you believe  the burnout trend needs to stop

you believe theatre and performance making needs to be more accessible to creatives from diverse, marginalised and underrepresented backgrounds

you're ready to make changes to your own practice in response to these beliefs

Wednesday 24th July 12pm - 1pm, BST. Live on Zoom. Replay available if you can't join live.

During this 60 minute workshop you will:

Deepen your understanding of what trauma is

Learn how trauma shows up in a theatre & performance making space, and the impact a practice that isn't trauma sensitive can have on the quality of the work and the chance of burning out

By the end of this workshop you will understand why implementing an awareness of trauma into your practice is vital for making working in the theatre & performance industry more accessible & supportive of everyone’s wellbeing. You will also have identified the next step you can take to do that.

Wednesday 24th July 12pm - 1pm BST.

Run live on Zoom, with recording available for everyone signed up so you can re-watch, or watch in your own time if you can’t join us live.
