Friends, kindred spirits and equally passionate about the power of movement as medicine - Margaret and Skye will guide you through a range of mindful movement modalities to inspire, empower and enrich you - on and off the yoga mat. For this wellness duo, life is about finding balance and joy.
Margaret is a Strala yoga & Qigong instructor, Meditation guide and Yogabody breathwork coach. Done with “beating herself up”, Margaret was looking for an exercise routine that could help her and her students be fit, flexible, strong and slim without pain and tension. With Strala and Qigong methods, she found “it doesn’t need to hurt to be effective” - making her yoga classes challenging, but gentle, fluid, fun, and grounded in the parasympathetic response.
A Vinyasa yoga teacher, Skye has been practising yoga passionately for over 9 years. After 12 years’ in the fast lane of corporate London life, Skye traded in her role as a keyboard warrior to become a wellness warrior - harnessing her superpowers in event management to curate unmissable wellness experiences and share the power of yoga with others. Skye’s teaching style is dynamic, multi-layered, empowering and multi-sensory with music and doTERRA Essential Oils.
Partners in life & founders of Planticious Bliss - Chris and Jill believe that food is more than just fuel — it’s a way to connect, care, and inspire. They’re passionate about creating colourful, seasonal, plant-based meals that celebrate nature’s abundance and bring people together.
Jill’s background lies in teaching and hospitality. Recently, she managed the café at a yoga retreat centre, Suryalila, blending her love for good food with creativity and an eye for detail. Jill also works as a certified sound healer, and her calm, intuitive energy flows into everything she does — from curating beautiful dishes to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find her exploring nature, listening to music, or on a hiking trail.
Chris is a trained chef with over a decade of experience in a variety of kitchens - from classic omnivore restaurants to plant-based retreats like the renowned yoga retreat centre Suryalila in Spain, where he crafted vibrant dishes that fuel both body and soul. Chris is happiest when outdoors surfing, hiking, or playing sport. His attention to detail and compassionate nature shines through in the way he cooks and connects with people.
