By enrolling in the Roof Life Extension Program (RLEP), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The complimentary maintenance checks are a courtesy service intended to help extend the life of your roof through visual inspections and basic, proactive maintenance (e.g., sealing exposed fasteners, light caulking, minor cleanup).

• This is not a comprehensive roof inspection and does not guarantee the detection of all current or future issues.

• Neither Simon Briscoe nor LOA Construction & Roofing is liable for any damage or issues that occur before or after the courtesy visit, including any leaks or structural failures that may arise.

• Homeowners are responsible for scheduling follow-up repairs, inspections, or replacements if issues are found.

• Any recommended repairs or upgrades will be quoted separately and fall outside the scope of this free program.

• Photos will always be provided post-visit of any actions that were taken.
