RTM in Real Life: How Remote Monitoring Supports Behavioral Health
How It Fits Into Real-World Therapy Work
FREE LIVE WEBINAR

Join us Thursday, January 15th at 1pm ET
If you’re a therapist working with Medicare—or considering it—you’ve likely asked how to make your work more financially sustainable without adding burnout or complexity.
In this webinar, Gabrielle Juliano-Villani and Anthony Como walk you through the 2025 updates to Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and explain how these changes open up new, compliant reimbursement opportunities for behavioral health providers. You’ll learn how RTM can support the care you’re already providing between sessions, what it does (and doesn’t) allow, and how therapists are beginning to integrate it thoughtfully into real-world practice.

A recording will be provided for those who are unable to attend live.

Meet your hosts

Gabrielle Juliano-Villani
Gabrielle Juliano-Villani is a licensed clinical social worker and behavioral-health entrepreneur with over a decade of in-depth experience in Medicare and Medicaid systems. She built and scaled a prosperous, seven-figure in-home group therapy practice centered on Medicare/Medicaid clients — working closely with older adults and individuals managing chronic health conditions. Drawing on her clinical work as well as running a practice of 15 therapists, Gabrielle helps mental health providers, digital health platforms, and healthcare startups navigate the often-confusing regulatory, credentialing, and billing challenges of government payers.
As founder of GJV Consulting & Training, she leverages her background in EMDR and Polyvagal theory, along with lived experience of burnout, to coach therapists on building sustainable, compliant practices — whether that’s scaling, preparing for sale, or simply helping their business run without sacrificing wellbeing. Her work has extended to creating widely used courses on Medicare billing and credentialing, simplifying complex documentation, and guiding providers through audits with confidence.
Anthony Como
Anthony Como is a healthcare product leader and behavioral-health innovator with more than two decades of experience building patient-support systems that connect clinical care, technology, and real-world behavior. Over 17 years at Philips Healthcare, he helped architect and scale remote patient-management programs grounded in evidence-based methods, growing them from early pilots into enterprise operations, supporting tens of thousands of patients and caregivers each month across millions of covered lives.
Drawing on deep experience in digital health, care-management operations, and large-scale behavior-change programs, Anthony now helps behavioral-health professionals turn the essential support they already provide between sessions into compliant, billable Medicare services through Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). His work blends system-level design, regulatory fluency, and firsthand caregiving insight to make between-visit engagement measurable, reimbursable, and scalable—so clinicians can strengthen outcomes without adding burden.
