When you're expected to provide support to your team...

... but you were given no tools on how to do it

I'm creating the workshop to give you the tools you need


The aim is to, ultimately, deliver this workshop in organisations just like yours to equip as many managers as possible with the vital mental health support knowledge and skills 

But for that to happen, I first need to test drive it! 

That's where this workshop comes in. I'm currently planning it, creating content, researching, and taking all the very important steps to ensure it's as close to perfect as possible. But to make it what it needs to be, I will need your feedback!

To get the feedback, I will be inviting roughly 10 people to a free in person beta launch in London (near Angel station). 

You will get the training, a workbook, and an amazing opportunity to meet fellow managers and learn from each others' experiences. 

While I'm still very much planning it, here's what I know: 

  • The workshop will be around 2.5-3h long, with regular breaks
  • I expect it to take place in the second half of February 2024
  • I want to keep the numbers down to no more than 10
  • It is open to people who act in supervisory capacity (i.e. delegate and review work, provide training to juniors, manage projects, etc) in the professional services industry. So even if you're not a line manager on paper, I would love to have you join. Also, this is not just for tax consultants! Lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, and all those with billable hours targets are welcome!
  • Given the limited numbers, I will be opening sign ups in the following order: people who expressed their interest (which you can do by entering your details at the bottom of the page), the rest of my email list, then social media. 
  • I expect to only run this workshop once in this free format, but if there are any subsequent editions, I will keep you informed.
  • You will be getting a 'beta' version of the workshop (hence why I will be running it for free) - this means that while I will do my very best to provide you with a fantastic experience, this will not be a 100% finished product.
  • I expect to be able to provide water, snacks, and potentially hot drinks. I will ask for your dietary requirements in the sign up process when that is launched.
