Hey, I'm Clare Martin

For over 10 years I've been working with leaders all over the world, in lots of different industries and helped them improve workplace wellbeing.

I'm a coaching psychologist who specialising in workplace wellbeing. With an Masters in Applied Positive Psychology I am guided by evidence-based practical tools to help people thrive.

When I'm not working, I can be found enjoying the mountains, out surfing or salsa dancing the night away!

I know that sometimes it is the small wellbeing boosts that move us in the right direction.
