Jenny is a Mum and a Nurse and she gets what its like to feel like its all too much. That's why she created this program.

The tools in the kit have been shown to help with burnout in research. Some people need more help than a few tools which is why I offer my premium service of 1:1 coaching

I want to help as many nurses and mums as possible. 41.5 % of Nurses plan to leave the industry within 5 years. I want to help improve those stats so we have a strong and fulfilled nursing workforce. Why I created The Well Nurse Project

"I remember waking up feeling dread in my stomach, wondering... when did I stop feeling like me?"

Burnout can affect anyone- it often develops gradually, making it hard to recognise until you're in the thick of it and running on empty (think crying in the toilets at work - yep that was me). I have personally been affected by burnout and have seen many nurses suffer the same - some even quit nursing even though they liked been a nurse. A recent survey found that 42% of nurses plan to leave the industry within 5 years - that's huge numbers. This kit is based on research in lifestyle medicine, positive psychology and behaviour change. It's designed to be realistic, practical and easy to fit into your day, because I remember what it's like to feel like you're not even yourself anymore- with no energy left to enjoy life outside of work or say no without been riddled by guilt.

My mission is to help nurses and busy mums create more space, energy and confidence in their lives-so they can protect their health, enjoy time off and feel like themselves again.

Hey, I'm Jenny Shearer

I'm a Registered Nurse, HCANZA accredited Health Coach and a mum. I know how it feels to be totally deflated, on a hamster wheel and wondering where the old me went. Now I help people like you, to take small realistic steps towards feeling calmer, clearer and more confident and in control. My approach is based on evidence, lived experience and compassion. I get to meet you where you are- no quick fix claims, no one size fits all, no unrealistic demands - just practical tools that fit into your real and sometimes messy life.
