No, not specific poses. However, the bonus video includes tips about variations of poses, different stages of learning a pose, what the edge is, and more which you will find helpful when you take your next class.
This course is an info course before you take a class. I created it to help you decide which class, teacher and way to practice works best for you. I have met many people who have a very specific idea about Yoga, who tried one type or practised in a way or with a teacher that didn't suit them. So they assumed that Yoga was not for them. There is a Yoga for everyone. The key is to understand that we each have to walk our own path. This course is teaching you
It can be but it is not necessary. When I started my Yoga journey, I wasn't spiritual or religious at all. I simply needed an exercise I could do easily at home. So you do not have to believe in anything to practice Yoga. Some types include spiritual practices though, and you want to take your preferences into account when you choose a class and a teacher.
