Her success has been with small businesses to large publicly traded companies, managing P&L budgets in excess of $38M.
Using a unique blend of Eastern & Western Methodologies in her coaching practice – she combines hardcore Business Strategy with Vision and Growth Mindset Techniques, focusing on the importance of client relationships; workplace communication; building high-performance teams; and accountability - discovering individual strengths within a team and maximizing them to serve the complete vision of a business.
She has coached and trained Individual Contributors to C-Suite Leaders within 100 organizations in over 50 countries, including Diageo, Concha y Toro, VSPT Wine Group, Palm Bay Imports, BHATKA Spirits, Microsoft, Amgen, Accenture, AT&T, PGA, Chobani, Penn State, NielsenIQ, to name a few.
Additionally, she is an International Course Developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
