WITH FRIENDS retreats is a project by two friends, Hannah & Anna. Movement practices inspired by yoga, functional movement, pilates and free exploration. Guided morning meditation, sound bath and optional massages. Add nourishing farm-to-table food and rejuvenating nature in to the mix. We switch off our devices and switch on our senses to connect with our surroundings and with friends around us.
WITH FRIENDS retreats are build upon the four elements: earth, water, fire and air. Our first retreat takes place October 5th-8th, 2023 in Poland and invites you to explore the element earth.
The retreat kicks-off Thursday evening with a joined dinner at 7:30 pm (arrival from 5 pm onwards). We part our ways again Sunday after breakfast 12 pm. Our location is an eco-friendly house located next to river Oder. It's surrounded by forests, hills and wild-life. We invite you to join us and have fun with friends!

Hi I'm Anna! In my classes practicality and simply having fun is important. I weave together yoga, pilates, fascia flossing, qi gong and free movement. Movement gives you tools to enjoy your life more! The point is not to get really good at something, it’s to have more enjoyable life. Life can get hard, our bodyminds get tired and overstimulated and we need tools to support ourselves. If ain’t practical & fun why would you do it every day?
I’m also a certified thai yoga masseur and a gong player. I’ll be treating retreat participants with rejuvenating sound bath and optional massages.
Hi, I'm Hannah! My guiding principle is mind less, move more. In today's fast-paced world, where we are constantly surrounded by distractions and stress, it is so important to find moments of inner peace and focus on the present moment. By combining physical exercise and mental relaxation, we can achieve a holistic sense of well-being and improve our quality of life.
In addition to mobility, I also encourage creativity in my yoga classes. Yoga is not just a sequence of rigid positions, but a way to explore the body and our self-expression in new and creative ways.

Reconnect with the nurturing power of nature at our inspiring retreat, focused on the element of EARTH. Anna and Hannah offer daily guided meditation sessions, morning and evening movement and yoga practices. The deep tunes of the sun gong allow you to release and relax during a sound bath. During the day you can join a variety of additional activities or simply enjoy and explore the surrounding nature: a circular hike through the Valley of Love, workshops focused on balancing poses to play with our relationship to the element earth, massages, sauna and a campfire with friends.
To get the most out of the experience, destress and restore we invite you to make a conscious choice to temporarily disconnect from the digital realm and immerse yourself in the beauty of the present moment. Practice yoga, movement and meditation. Enjoy good food, downtime, refreshing nature and the company of old and new friends.
FOOD
The food at INN VIVO is an absolute treat. Our host John has French origins, a background in wild cooking and a big garden, which he cultivates with love and dedication. Free roaming hens living on site are in charge of the most delicious eggs. Three times per day we gather around a big table to have a yummy meal together.
The menu during the retreat is vegetarian. Due to small and intimate size of the retreat (and the kitchen!), we are not able to accommodate gluten free or other special wishes (except in case of allergies).
LOCATION & ACCOMMODATION
INN VIVO is located just a hop away from the border between Poland and Germany, in a small village called Zatoń Dolna, sitting on the banks of the river Oder.
Sandie, John and their two kids are our hosts. The family built INN-VIVO by themselves using local, eco-friendly and sustainable materials. At INN VIVO three pillars of peace are respected and followed: being at peace with oneself, at peace with others and at peace with nature.
The house is surrounded by varied terrain with a great diversity of vegetation and easy-to-spot wildlife. Expect a place where you can wake up to birds singing and go to sleep under hundreds of stars. INN VIVO is situated on the edge of 22,000 hectares of forest in the Cedynia National Park which means a lots of space to roam around and get in touch with the element earth in us.
Accommodation in shared rooms is super comfy and offers everything you need for refreshing good night sleeps.
PRICING & FAQs
WITH FRIENDS Vol. 1 EARTH retreat costs 470 EUR per person. This includes accommodation, meals, guided meditation & yoga sessions, movement workshops, sauna and a hike through the Valley of Love. To secure your spot with a 10% discount sign up below by June 15th. Below we're making the overall cost of the retreat transparent, so you know how we are arriving at the price of 470 EUR.
Three nights in a shared room in the main house or the garden house costs 100 EUR per person. The price is the same for all rooms. The main house has three guest rooms on the first floor: "Forest" (2 beds) "Oder" (4-5 beds), and "Sunset" (3 beds). There are three showers, sinks and two toilets distributed on the first and second floor of the main house. The garden house is approximately 200m away (3-4 beds) and includes a cozy fireplace and a spacious terrace. There is also a small toilet house.
The cost of all vegetarian meals during the retreat is 140 EUR per person. This includes all meals for three days. A fruit buffet with tee in the mornings (from 7:30 am), a well-balanced breakfast (10:00 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday), a single meal lunch (Friday and Saturday), and a dinner including a starter, main course and dessert (7:30 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Talk to us about allergies or special requests.
The overall cost for all yoga sessions and additional activities is 230 EUR. This includes: three guided morning meditations (8:00 am), three 60 min yoga sessions (8:30 am), two 90 min yoga sessions (5:00 pm), one gong bath, two additional movement workshops, a guided hike through the Valley of Love, campfire gathering and one day of sauna. For an additional fee of 60 EUR you can book a 60 min Thai Yoga Massage with Anna.
INN VIVO can be easily reached with public transport from Berlin. Just jump on a train in Berlin and step off at Schwedt/Oder in Germany. Continue the way to INN-VIVO by bike or by bus (bus line 492). Transfer from Train station in Schwedt or bus stop in Krajnik Dolny to the retreat location can be arranged for an additional fee. Of course you can also travel by car. Parking is available. Contact us for car pooling to help reduce emissions :)
Yes, of course. If you cancel your booking up to 5 weeks before (until 31st August), you will receive a 50% refund of the overall price (yoga, accommodation, meals). If you cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before the retreat (21st September), you'll receive a 35 % refund of the overall price (yoga, accommodation, meals). Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the retreat are non-refundable. In case the retreat has to be cancelled by WITH FRIENDS retreats or INN-VIVO you will receive a full refund.
