Hello! My name is Pauline and I love moving (in every sense of the word!) and living a life free of limitations. After finishing my PhD I left France for Prague and worked in a physical chemistry lab while traveling to the UK to qualify as a yoga teacher. Beginning 2020, I moved to Salzburg and decided to give up my job to do more of what I love.
Being a sports lover, I am very familiar with back pain. Recurrent sciatica issues and the intensive practice of jujitsu a few years ago left me with a very sore back. Flowing Spine Yoga has helped me to make back problems a memory of the past. I love to play with my yoga and transmit that playfulness and cheeky side of me in my classes.
