Please read the Woman, Come Home Terms and Conditions thoroughly. By purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

“Woman, Come Home: A 12‑Week Gut & Nervous System Healing Journey” (the “Program”) is an online educational and lifestyle support program designed to provide general information and tools for personal well‑being. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Not Medical Advice & No Doctor-Patient Relationship

The Program provides educational content only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Participation in the Program does not create a doctor‑patient relationship between you and Dr. Heather Tynan.
Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or medications.
If you experience concerning symptoms, seek emergency medical care or contact your healthcare provider immediately.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment option: $697 due at checkout.
Payment plan option: 3 monthly payments of $247, billed automatically each month.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, payments are non‑refundable. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, handouts, recordings, PDFs, etc.) is owned by Dr. Heather Tynan, ND DACM LAc and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute program materials without express written consent.

6. Results Not Guaranteed

Individual outcomes vary. While many participants benefit from the Program, no specific results are promised or guaranteed.

7. Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Implementing changes at your own pace and discretion.
Monitoring your own health and seeking professional care as needed.
Maintaining confidentiality of group discussions (if applicable).

8. Technology & Access

Program access requires internet connection and basic technical ability to use email, video platforms, and file downloads. Dr. Heather Tynan is not responsible for technical issues beyond reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Heather Tynan and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
