Our mission is to support you in this journey, so ambition can be nurtured towards growth and actualisation and you can find a path that feels true to your authentic self.

Who are WOOW Women
Generally speaking, our members are in the phase of life where you've shed your youth and stepped firmly into adulthood; into yourself.
This comes with growing pains though, including oftentimes a realisation that the career you've been building no longer serves you and you want something different. Or you now recognise the world can be as big and bright as you'd like it to be and you'd like a bigger slice of the pie.
Knowing you want change is one thing; knowing how to get it is another. That's why WOOW is here.
How to get involved
We regularly host community gatherings where you can connect to and exchange insights with similarly curious and proactive women.
This includes workshop sessions with professional coaches where you can uncover new insights and perspectives and curated wellness & wellbeing activations.
We also host 'Pivot Club' on the first & third Wednesday of each month, where women in our community gather to work on their projects, discuss their career pivot aspirations, and support each other towards next steps.

Meet the woman behind WOOW
My name is Sade, and just like you, I'm a woman on my way! I've been on the whirlwind journey of trying to carve out my own path and know how difficult and confusing it can be to reach for the stars alone.
Through my work doing sustainability transformation for a global engineering & design firm, I came to realise how positively impactful community can be towards supporting growth and change. WOOW is now my passion project where I'm dedicated to building this community for other dreamers and doers out there, so that together, we can help each other on our way!
