Terri Lundquist
Terri is a Norse shaman, spiritual teacher, and healer who helps women integrate mind, body, and spirit to find purpose, harmony, and balance in their lives. For over a decade, she has been guiding women through spiritual practices, energy work, and sacred circles, creating spaces where they feel truly seen and supported. Terri combines ancient wisdom with a modern, grounded approach — offering intuitive insight and gentle, powerful guidance. She believes every woman carries deep wisdom within her, and her work is dedicated to helping women reconnect to their authentic selves, heal what holds them back, and step into their lives with confidence and grace.
Cherie Duge
Cherie has been many things in life ranging from ceramicist to couture clothing designer always with an undercurrent of sports and movement. A life long athlete, she is a certified Personal Trainer specializing in menopausal women, a fitness instructor in BodyBarre & indoor cycling among other formats and is a multi-certified Mind Body Eating coach under her business name BodyLuxe Now. She is dedicated to longevity lifestyle practices that empower women to thrive in strong, liberated relationships with their inner world & physicality. Her mantra is “peace with food and body is the ultimate luxury”.
Together, Terri and Cherie hold a sacred, welcoming space for every woman — no matter her story — to feel supported, seen, and inspired.
