Live Wellbeing Workshops
re-align, refocus, and refresh
Discover the power of community with my live online workshops.
Each quarter, I'll be hosting a deep dive online workshop to help you reconnect with your wellbeing, without the overwhelm. It’s a chance to learn practical, real-life strategies in a relaxed group setting, alongside others who are on a similar path. Whether you're looking for fresh ideas, a boost of motivation, or simply a supportive space to reset, these sessions are designed to meet you where you're at. And with the ease of joining from home, it’s never been simpler to prioritise yourself.

Next FREE Workshop: 6th May 2026
Why You’re Thinking About Food All the Time (and What to Do About It)
'Food Noise': Understanding what’s driving it and how to gently turn the volume down
If you’ve ever felt like you’re thinking about food more than you’d like, this workshop will help you understand what’s really going on, both in your body and in your mind, so you can start to feel more calm, clear and in control around food.
What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of this session, you’ll:
have a clearer understanding of how your body regulates hunger, cravings and appetite
understand what “food noise” really is and why it’s not just about willpower
learn how the physical side (hormones, blood sugar, metabolism) and the mental/emotional side (habits, patterns, environment) both influence your experience
recognise what might be driving food noise for you personally
walk away with simple, practical strategies you can start using straight away
feel more calm, informed and confident in how to support your body
This is for you if:
you feel like you’re thinking about food more than you’d like
you struggle with cravings or constant hunger
you’ve tried to “eat well” but it still feels hard
you feel like your body has changed (especially in your 40s+)
you want a more calm, balanced relationship with food
Book your spot
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself around food and start understanding what your body actually needs, this workshop will give you the clarity to do that. I hope to see you there!
