The Art of Renewal

A 3-day restorative workshop for women to facilitate releasing the past year's trauma enabling healing and renewal with Avigayil Sapir and Kate Breslaw.

It's been an incredibly hard year. We invite you on a healing journey to release the heaviness, despair and pain that has built up over the past year. You will learn different avenues for self exploration and healing, and practice techniques to release trauma.

Day 3: Clearing and Connecting - The Art of Renewal

    • An exploration of tools and practices for releasing negative emotions that are controlling your mind-body.
    • Replace thought patterns that no longer serve you enabling you to change patterns of behaviour.
    • Learn from passionate professionals dedicated to helping you cultivate more balance, resilience, joy and harmony in your relationship with yourself and with those around you.

    Cancelations before 25/8/24: Full refund minus ₪100 admin fee.
    Cancelations 25-28/8/24: 75% refund minus ₪100 admin fee.
    Cancelations after 28/8/24: Non-refundable (unless we fill your space, then full refund minus ₪100 admin fee).
