My Story
My story begins as a little girl.
I was 11 years old when my father passed away. It happened suddenly - and my whole life changed overnight.
All the grief I felt was pushed inside.
Amidst the change, the pain I felt was swept under the rug. There was no room in my new life for my feelings. So I stuffed them down. I didn't know what else to do. I was 11 years old. And I had no outlet.
Fast forward 20 years.
I look successful, but on the inside - I'm screwed up.
Leap 20 years into the future, and I had earned my Ph.D. in psychology. I was a very successful college lecturer and published scientist. But the successful persona was all a sham because it didn't match what I felt.
I didn't feel like a success. I wasn't actually happy. How could I be? I was full of pain. Actually, I was living with depression, anxiety, and PSTD. I was burnt out.
Everyday, I was masking my deep wounds with behaviors like: achieving, outlasting, struggling, forcing, pushing down, moving forward, and moving on.
No matter what I did, I was still locked in a state of trauma.
Deep down, there was no convincing me things were okay. Inside, I was struggling to survive. My nervous system lived on the edge and I was ready to deal with trauma anytime. It was going to appear again, right?


I was still missing them.
Deep down, I was looking for someone to validate me. To be proud of me and to accept me.
My inner child was looking for someone to be my friend, to help me be a kid again, to help me feel my pain. But I couldn't find that space anywhere.
Actually - when I looked around I realized my whole life was weighing on me! Friends, family, work - all of them where places where I gave and gave and gave - but there was never anywhere that gave back to me.
Once again, there was no room for my feelings. But this time, I had built my life around it.
I had to accept it - my life wasn't supporting me, it was draining me. So I left it.
I had to leave it all behind.
I was at a crossroads in my life: I could take time and heal, or completely burn out. Both seemed like scary unknowns. So, I chose to heal. I got off the fast-paced career path, I left my relationship and "friends" behind. People thought I was crazy. But I was starting a whole new life. Or so I thought...
I didn't realize I was beginning my healing journey.
During this time, I tried a lot of things:
Feeling all of my feelings...
Meditating. Listening to healing music. Doing energy work.
Purifying my diet, my environment, my home...
They all helped!
But the real turning point came when I started journaling:


I began to write in my journal everyday.
Everyday, I let myself write as much as I wanted to. Before I knew it, I was writing pages!
In my journal... unprocessed things came up.
Suppressed thoughts, feelings, and memories came pouring down into the safe space I had created on that paper.
Patterns started to emerge. I began to map out my trauma, my wounds, my healing...
I applied what I knew about my mind and followed the trail...
I realized it all went deeper than my thoughts, deeper than my relationships, it was under my memories and even my patterns...
Then I saw it!
Suddenly, there was a light at the end of the tunnel. I realized I could be healed. I had the map right in front of me! The map to heal my core beliefs. So I decided to use it.
Suddenly, there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
I realized I could heal.
I followed the road into my subconscious.
As I started following my "map," it showed me how to look into my subconscious.
I suddenly could see what my mind really looked like on the inside.
I saw the shape of my core beliefs. Many were wounded. I was just coping with my trauma - it was driving all of my behaviors.
I looked at myself and thought, "I'm full of holes."
I realized I was actually wounded at the deepest level of my psyche.
I was wounded at the level of my core beliefs.
They were what what truly needed to change. Everything else was just surface.
I knew if I followed the map - I could help my deepest beliefs about myself. I could return them to the healthy shape they were supposed to be in.
I could become whole.
It was worth a try. So I went for it.


In my healing era.
Using the map of my core beliefs, I was able to:
Find my core wounds
Process my unhealed trauma and pain
Let go of inner blocks and walls
Dismantle negative core belief systems on their level
Build new positive belief systems from scratch
The best part was the permanent change!
Once I dismantled the core of my negative beliefs... I found that they dissolved, and never came back!
The change was real and it lasted.
Now I had internal space, tools, and confidence to build new positive beliefs for myself. And I did!
The change is real and lasting
Today, my ability to heal my mind at the deepest level makes me feel like a true success. Not because I've healed everything... but because I am no longer looking for a way to heal.
I have an inner tool I can use forever.
The feeling is incredible!
I have used this process to:
Shift my most damaged beliefs from losing my father.
Free myself from a lifetime of depression -anxiety spirals
Heal my trauma-based belief systems
Process new wounds that have come to the surface
Grow new, positive core beliefs

What are core beliefs?
(and how did they get to be the way they are?)
Core beliefs are our deepest beliefs about who we are. They exist in our subconscious and form the pillars of our mind. Everything we know about reality is based on them.
When our core beliefs are positive, we thrive.
When our core beliefs are negative - everything gets harder.
Core beliefs aren't made up or "chosen." They are based on our real life:
Whatever we experience - our mind summarizes into "beliefs," which become the pillars of our psyche.
They stay that way, until we decide to change them.
In a perfect world, we'd all have positive core beliefs
What we experience when we are young or vulnerable really matters.
If we experience a world that is positive, safe, loving, and helpful -
We feel free to make mistakes, learn, and eventually figure out life in our own unique way!
Our mind creates core beliefs like:
"I can do anything"
"I am loved"
"I am good."
"I am worthy."
"I matter."
But what if you don't experience those?
Where do negative beliefs come from?
If we experience a world that is negative, unsafe, conditionally loving, neglectful, or harmful -
We probably learned to:
avoid pain
deal with living in fear
suppress our needs
push down our emotions
people please
give away our energy before it can be taken from us
and just "get by."
Eventually we end up moving through life in one of two ways:
1 . A constant state of alert -
relying on our subconscious to protect us from anything that might hurt us again - or
2 . A state of numbness -
just letting things happen to us - thinking "what's the point?" "No one cares."
Our mind creates negative core beliefs like:
"I can't do anything right"
"I am unloveable"
"I am bad."
"I am worthless"
"I don't matter."
Core beliefs are never "wrong"
Here's the truth about negative core beliefs
They're not wrong. Core beliefs can never be truly "wrong," because they mapped reality
Negative core beliefs can last a lifetime - festering down in the subconscious until they are challenged.
Core beliefs are hard to access - this because they live at the subconscious level - (below our regular conscious access state).
Core wounds will never let you live fully. To them, they are protecting us from re-experiencing the pain of old wounds.
Negative core beliefs don't want to change. They're already a part of the communication system of your mind.
Core beliefs change when we decide to change them -->
You are the only one who can heal yourself.
Ready for some good news?
1 - You can heal your core beliefs. Yes, you can. I've done it, and so have your fellow students, and you can too.
2 - You are the only who can. This is crazy but - no one else can go deep into your own mind and change it for you. You have to -and you get to - do it for yourself.
3 - You just have to get to their level. You can't stay on the surface and expect deep change; you have to go into your subconscious to the level of your core beliefs.
4 - You can follow a map. I did it blind, but you don't have to. Follow my map, take the class, and learn the same methods that changed my life - and your fellow students' lives - for good.
