Yes. This programme is designed for anyone who wants to improve energy, reduce inflammation, manage cravings and stabilise blood sugar. It is also suitable for those with insulin resistance, pre-diabetes and early Type 2 diabetes.
While I cannot guarantee individual changes, many participants report improvements in energy, mental clarity, joint comfort and overall resilience. This programme focuses on stabilising blood sugar and reducing inflammatory triggers that often contribute to these symptoms.
As much or as little as you're prepared to give. The weekly live calls will be around 60mins (recordings also available if you can't make it live). There will also be weekly video recordings, resources and info sheets for you to dig into. You may want to spend a little extra time in weeks 2 & 3 experimenting with different foods while you are wearing the biosensor, to enable you to get the most out of the programme. The biosensor app is super easy to read on your phone and you can see the information in real time.
Yes! You'll get your welcome information as soon as you register. Your biosensor will be sent to you the week before the programme starts so you can start to prepare (no need to put it on until later in the programme).
No sorry. Supplements are not included and won't be covered, as these are only given after a full 1:1 consultation. Everyone is unique and has specific needs and micronutrient deficiencies, together with medications that may be taken - these need to be looked at in detail on an individual basis.
No. There is no calorie counting, macro tracking or rigid food logging. The CGM provides real-time feedback so you can learn what works for you without long-term tracking. The app does allow you to enter foods you've eaten, as this can help you see trends, but there is no obligation to do so.
Don't worry. The programme is fully adaptable. All guidance is flexible and can be tailored to dietary restrictions, allergies, intolerances or personal preferences.
No. This is not a fitness programme. However, you will learn how movement affects your blood sugar and inflammation, and how to use gentle, strategic activity to support energy and recovery.
