Midlife is a time in your life when you need to listen to your body. Learn how to adjust your exercise choices according to how you feel so you can you support your wellbeing. By adapting the plan, you can show up for yourself, no matter what Menopause throws at you!

What to Expect: You'll gain helpful insights, useful tools, and journaling prompts to help you explore different ways you can support your wellbeing with exercise. You'll have the chance to share and connect with other women in Midlife who know what it's like to be in your shoes!
What you need: You will need a device (computer or smartphone) and internet connection. I also recommend a pen and paper to take notes, and your favorite coffee or tea.
