Welcome to moshcentral.com ("MOSH Central"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services, products, and resources provided through MOSH Central, including but not limited to the MOSH Creator’s Hub, online digital products, lead magnets, paid guides, downloads, and the associated storefront ("Services"). By using MOSH Central, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. Definitions
"MOSH Central": The primary domain and platform operated by S. Edward Johnson (as MOSH Digital Media).
"User" or "You": Anyone accessing or using the platform.
"Digital Products": All downloadable content such as guides, templates, checklists, lead magnets, and bonus materials.
"Services": Any and all offerings including digital products, free content, the Creator’s Hub, communications, or support functions.
"Hub": The MOSH Creator’s Hub, a feedback-driven community area.

The MOSH Creator's Hub is subject to its own Terms and Conditions.
By contributing to the Hub, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your feedback, submissions, or co-creation input.
Users are expected to uphold respectful, professional communication at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology made available on or through MOSH Central, including all digital products, written materials, designs, imagery, and supporting documentation, are the exclusive property of MOSH Digital Media and are protected under Canadian, U.S., and international intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
Copyrighted content
Registered and unregistered trademarks
Trade secrets and proprietary systems
Unique frameworks, processes, and visual layouts
Branding, slogans, taglines, and product titles
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following without prior written permission:
Copying, reproducing, republishing, or redistributing any materials of any kind in any way, shape, or form, from MOSH Central
Uploading, sharing, or circulating our digital products through file-sharing services, forums, or social media
Using our content in training programs, commercial bootcamps, online courses, or social media content
Translating, adapting, or creating derivative works for public or commercial use
Removing watermarks, license identifiers, or copyright notices from any MOSH product
Submitting any portion of our content to AI training datasets or similar machine learning platforms
Violators will be subject to copyright enforcement actions and legal claims, including takedown notices, platform bans, and statutory penalties.
7. License Terms & Usage Restrictions
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. You may not:
Share or post the file in any public or private forums or platforms
Upload to AI training platforms
Sell, sublicense, or give access to others in any way whatsoever
Products may contain embedded tracking for anti-piracy enforcement.
8. Digital Product Enforcement & Tracking
Protecting digital creators is essential to maintaining high-quality content for the benefit and enjoyment of all authorized recipients.
Digital products purchased through MOSH Central are licensed for exclusive use by the original purchaser only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, or resale—whether in part or in full—is strictly prohibited.
Non-Transferable License — This license is granted solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Digital products may not be copied, sold, gifted, sublicensed, or otherwise distributed in any form, whether in whole or in part, to any other individual, group, or entity.
No Public Distribution — Uploading, posting, or otherwise distributing this content (including on social media, forums, file-sharing sites, or other digital platforms) is prohibited. Such actions may cause irreparable harm to the creator and will be considered a breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property Protection — All digital products are protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
Digital Tracking & Enforcement — Products may contain unique identifiers, hidden codes, watermarks, or other protective measures to track unauthorized distribution. If an illegal copy is identified, MOSH Digital Media reserves the right to:
Issue a formal DMCA or equivalent takedown notice
Pursue legal action for damages
Revoke access to all future purchases and notify relevant enforcement authorities

9. Lead Magnets & Free Resources
Freebies (lead magnets) may be offered in exchange for your email address. You may use these for personal use only. Redistribution, editing, or reuploading is prohibited.
10. Online Store Terms
All sales are final due to the digital nature of the products
No refunds unless specifically stated in a promotion
Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction
Payments are processed securely through Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal
Use of Coupon and Discount Codes
Coupons, promo codes, and discounts are offered at our sole discretion and may be discontinued or modified at any time without notice.
Only one coupon or discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
Expired coupons will not be honored under any circumstances.
Some discounts may be limited to specific products, bundles, or timeframes.
Any misuse of coupon codes, including sharing restricted-use codes publicly, may result in account suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to deny coupon usage if fraud or abuse is suspected.
11. Product-Specific Disclaimers

These resources are sold with the understanding that neither the author. the publisher, or MOSH Central is engaged in rendering legal, accounting, tax, or other professional services. If expert assistance is required, the services of a qualified professional should be sought. Neither MOSH Central nor MOSH Digital Media shall be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of these materials.
12. Payment Terms
We accept payment via Payhip's processors (Stripe, PayPal). Currency is in USD unless otherwise stated. All transactions are final.

13. Subscriptions (Future Feature)
We may offer subscription-based access to tools, bundles, or services. Terms of auto-renewal, cancellations, and pro-rated billing will be disclosed clearly upon launch of any such service.
14. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws
Use bots, scraping tools, or automation to extract content
Disrupt the site or other users’ access
Upload or distribute malware or harmful content
Impersonate another individual or entity
15. User-Generated Content
If you post or submit anything to MOSH Central or the Hub:
You retain ownership but grant us an irrevocable license to use it
You agree not to submit unlawful or defamatory material
We reserve the right to remove content at our sole discretion
16. Third-Party Services
We use tools such as MailerLite, ManyChat, Linktree, and Payhip. Your data may be shared with these tools in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each provider has its own terms.
17. Enforcement / DMCA / IP Protection
If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, you may submit a DMCA-style takedown notice to [email protected]. We comply with Canadian and U.S. IP protection standards.
18. Affiliate Disclosure
We may include affiliate links that earn commission. You will never pay more by using our links. Sponsored products are clearly disclosed.
19. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

Attempt to reverse-engineer our products
Engage in harassment or abuse toward our staff or online community
Abuse coupon systems or issue fraudulent chargebacks
20. Indemnification

We are not liable for delays or service failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, or government restrictions.
22. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in provincial courts located in Vancouver, BC.
24. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, constitute the full agreement between you and MOSH Central. No oral or written statement shall override these terms unless signed by both parties.
26. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
