Hi, My name is Linda
For over 20 years, I worked in a management role in a multinational pharmaceutical company. On the outside, I appeared to have it all. But inside, I was burning out. I began experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks. My body was sending a clear message: something had to change. I had pushed myself for too long and I could no longer ignore the signs.
That crisis became a powerful turning point—and the beginning of a profound healing journey. Slowly, I started to listen—to my body, my emotions, and my deeper needs. With every step, I began to understand how the ways I had learned to protect myself were also keeping me small and disconnected from my true self.
The deeper work came when I trained in Root Cause Therapy and Internal Family Systems. It felt like finally completing a puzzle I’d been trying to solve my whole life. I realized I had the power within me to heal, transform, and reclaim the parts of myself I had buried for years. I finally saw that healing didn’t mean “fixing” myself—it meant returning home to who I truly am.
Today, I help others do the same. I support people who feel lost, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves—who are tired of just surviving, and ready to rediscover their voice, their wholeness, and their inner power. I’m passionate about helping people remember who they truly are and return to themselves with compassion and confidence.
From my home in the West of Ireland, I work with clients both online and in-person. I also teach the Root Cause Practitioner training and run online workshops designed to gently guide you back to your authentic self—equipping you with practical tools, emotional insights and a healing space where you can find real, lasting change

A Root Cause session is a gentle and supportive process designed to help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface of your emotional or physical struggles.
Root Cause Therapy is a powerful healing method that works with your subconscious mind to uncover and release the emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and ways of thinking that are driving your current struggles

Identifying the thought patterns, habits, and beliefs that are keeping you stuck

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, compassionate approach that helps you gently explore the different “parts” of yourself—those inner voices, beliefs, emotions, and coping strategies you’ve carried for years. If you’ve ever wondered “Why do I feel this way?” or “Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?”—this type of healing helps you find the answers.
