Welcome to JOOY Online
Winter Yoga Series 2025–26
Keep steady, grounded and supported this winter through an 8-week online journey you can follow from home.
This series is now running as a recorded, on-demand programme. When you join, you’ll get instant access to all released classes, plus lifetime replay — so it still works even if you didn’t follow along live or you’re coming to it later in the season.

Stay Grounded. Stay Moving. Feel Good.
Hello, I’m Joy – founder of JOOY YOGA. After 15+ years in a busy corporate career (mostly in financial services) and over a decade on the mat, I retrained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, then went on to study Prenatal, Postnatal, Yin and Sound Healing.
Alongside teaching, I run a home-based travel business. What began as booking trips and supporting a small team has naturally evolved into partnering with resorts and retreat venues, with a growing focus on wellness-led travel. My hope for 2026/27 is to bring these worlds together through my own yoga retreats.

How does it work?
Eight themed classes: A gentle progression designed to take you from grounding and release to renewed momentum. Depending on when you join, you’ll either work through them week by week, or get instant access to the full series to follow in your own time
Lifetime access: Start now or later — you won’t miss anything.
Clear structure, adaptable pace: Follow the suggested rhythm or dip in when life allows.
Classes are hosted inside the Online Vault on Skool — simple to access, supportive and community-focused.

I really appreciated the online classes Joy ran over the summer - they were a fantastic way to stay consistent
with my practice and brought the same sense of connection as being in person.
I couldn’t recommend Jooy Yoga more highly to anyone!

Need help?
Don't worry, we got you. Here are some popular answers for your questions.
This series is for you if you want a gentle but structured way to keep up your yoga through winter – without hardcore fitness vibes. You don’t need to be flexible or “good" at yoga.
It’s also a lovely way to rebuild confidence and consistency if you’re planning to join my group classes again from February – you’ll arrive feeling less “rusty” and more at home in your body.
To join this series, you need to be willing to:
Listen to your body
Take things at your own pace
Pause or skip anything that doesn’t feel right
If you’re an absolute first-timer or feel anxious starting alone, you may be interested in joining the next in-person Explore Yoga beginners’ course in February 2026.
Each weekly class will run between 25–60 minutes.
You don’t have to keep up perfectly in real time:
You can watch the new class that week
Or catch up later and repeat favourites
Or stretch the 8 classes over a longer period if life gets busy
You keep access to the recordings, so there’s no “failing” or being kicked out if you miss a week.
Lives are not the main part of this series.
YouTube and apps are brilliant for one-off classes – but they’re not built around you or this season of your life.
This Winter Series is different because:
It’s a planned 8-week journey, not a random playlist
It’s designed specifically for winter energy – more grounding and Yin-style work when you’re tired, more warmth and balance work when you’re ready
You’re guided by one consistent teacher (me) so you can settle in and build trust
You’re part of my existing community – not just another anonymous user; I reply to your questions inside the space
If you just want occasional free classes, YouTube is great. If you want a gentle but intentional winter container you can repeat or revisit, this is what I’ve built the series for.
You don’t have to start in Week One for this to be useful.
As long as enrolment is open, you can join at any point. When you sign up you’ll:
Get instant access to all the classes that have already been released
Be able to follow the 8-class journey in your own time
Keep lifetime access to everything, so you can repeat favourites whenever you need a reset
The “Week 1–8” structure is there to give you a gentle rhythm – not to make you feel behind. Many students now use the Winter Series as an on-demand library they revisit each year.
You’ll need:
A yoga mat or non-slip surface
Enough space to stand and lie down comfortably
A device to watch on (laptop, tablet or phone)
Helpful extras:
Knee padding or folded blanket
A yoga block and strap (or a book and scarf/belt as alternatives)
A yoga bolster (or pillows)
That’s it. No fancy kit required.
This is general guidance and not a replacement for medical advice.
If you’re pregnant, recently postnatal, injured or managing a health condition, please get the all-clear from your healthcare provider before joining.
Always listen to your body and skip or adapt anything that doesn’t feel right.
If something hurts sharply or feels wrong, come out of the pose straight away and rest.
If you’re unsure whether this is suitable, you’re welcome to contact me using the form below before you sign up and I’ll be honest about whether this or an in-person group/course/ private session would be more appropriate for you.
Because this is a digital series with immediate access to recordings, all sales are final.
