In February I ran 31 free regulation circles for special needs mums and 20 free sessions for women with ADHD.

Why it's weekly:

You’ve got up to 8 live sessions each week to lean on. One session can help you downshift, but weekly repetition is how your body starts to hold calm more often.

Can't get to a live session? You'll get a replay to the weeks express session and the longer Circle session.

Session lengths

Choose the circle that fits you right now.

  • Women's Express Regulation Sessions: 30 mins (jump in, get it done, leave - zero guilt)

  • Special Needs Mums Circle: 60 mins (first 45 mins guided regulation, last 15 mins optional connection)

  • ADHD Women Circle: 45 mins (first 30 mins guided regulation, last 15 mins optional connection)

    If you fit more than one circle - That’s normal. Start with the space that feels most supportive right now. You can switch later.

Breathe & Connect for Special Needs Mums

60 minute sessions

First 45 mins is a guided reset (includes a short guided meditation).
Last 15 mins optional connection.
Leave early with zero guilt.

This circle is 60 mins because we allow extra settling time for carer burnout.
Camera off and talking optional.

Times (Australian Eastern):

  • Tuesdays 11:00am

  • Thursdays 8:30pm

  • Fridays 1:30pm

If you have ADHD as well (diagnosed or not), you’re welcome to join the ADHD Women’s Circles too.

$39/month (less than $10 per week) for the first 20 founding members (then $59).

Weekly Express Sessions (30 mins)

Quick guided regulation sessions for real life.
Perfect for a lunch break or a pocket of time.

Come to as many as you like each week as part of your membership.

Times (Australian Eastern):

  • Mondays 12:00pm

  • Tuesdays 8am

  • Wednesdays 12pm & 9:30pm

  • Thursdays 8pm
    Camera off is always okay. No pressure to share

Private 1:1 Somatic healing

If group support isn’t right for you yet, or you want something personalised, I offer private 1:1 sessions.

This is for women who want:

  • a clear plan for triggers and hard moments

  • gentle somatic guidance you can actually use in real life

The Anchored Mum Project

(6 week program for deeper support)
