Your Mindset Reset! 



Sometimes you HAVE to pause. To hit the reset button...THIS if for those times and all the times after...This is where you learn to connect to your breath and picture the BEST version of ourselves. I wrote this meditation when I was going through a VERY challenging part in my life. In fact, I don't know about you-but some of this midlife stuff is for the birds! Way to many challenges and lets not mention that  EVERYTHING is changing...

There is WAY too many things we are supposed to be doing to age well....Its enough to leave you overwhelmed and thinking of your health as just ANOTHER thing on your TO DO LIST.  You have to have an overhaul of all those negative thoughts because if you don't?!? You will wind up resentfull and avoiding your feelings and THATS not healthy for any of us.

Start here. Use it on a walk, or a car ride home, listen to it before bed and 1st thing in the morning to remind yourself OFTEN and MUCH that you ARE amazing. That you have SO MUCH to look forward to , you just need to learn some new tools. You don't have to over complicate things and you SURE don't have to be miserable.  Living life your way means you 1st have to decide what you want...You’re not broken—you’re burned out. And you're right where you belong.
