What is the Somatic Society?
The Somatic Society is a membership ecosystem designed for neurodivergent and chronically dysregulated people who are done trying to force their bodies into systems that weren't built for them. This is not just a fitness program—it is a practice of safety. We combine educational deep-dives with hands-on, integrative bodywork to help you rewire your nervous system for regulation and genuine embodiment.
The Commitment: Join via a flexible monthly membership (cancel anytime) or a discounted annual pass.
The Work: Includes weekly educational calls to understand your physiology, full access to weekly Group Somatic Strength sessions, and monthly collaborative events designed to expand your window of tolerance.
What's Included?

Somatic Strength Training
Real strength isn't about overriding your body’s signals; it’s about learning to work with them. Our signature modality rebuilds your capacity through three non-negotiable pillars:
Myofascial Release: To unstick the tissues holding onto years of survival stress.
Breathwork: To communicate safety directly to your vagus nerve.
Bodyweight Strength: To intentionally load your tissues and myelinate new neural pathways of power and resilience. This is how we build a body that feels like a home, not a cage.

Neurodivergent Accommodations
Standard self-care advice often feels like another chore list for neurodivergent brains. We do things differently here. We focus on accommodations that honor your executive function and energy fluctuations—from cycle syncing your workload to realistic batch-prepping that doesn't lead to burnout. You don't need more discipline; you need strategies that work with your brain chemistry, not against it.

Systemic Deconstruction
You cannot heal a body while ignoring the systems that broke it. This pillar of the membership is dedicated to unmasking and dismantling the internalized constructs of capitalism, white supremacy, patriarchy, and ableism. We explore how these systems disproportionately target neurodivergent and chronically ill bodies, and we provide the tools to reclaim your energy from a culture that demands your constant exhaustion.

Network & Co-regulation
Healing happens in community, but traditional networking can feel performative and draining. The Somatic Society offers a space for "parallel play" and genuine connection without the mask. This is a container for collaboration, resource sharing, and co-regulation with people who understand your lived experience—no explaining required.

Client testimonials
Working with Olivia is like having a living journal who also fixes your posture. I can journal out loud, say the esoteric stuff swirling in my consciousness, and instead of getting brushed off, I get met with a cohesive, thoughtful approach that actually moves me forward.
She’s helping me correct my posture and wake my core back up after two kids and a lifetime of wellness propaganda that made me think I should do crunches until I collapse.
Olivia’s also the real deal in how she supports neurodivergent brains: no coddling, no generic “drink water and read a book” responses to real problems. She listens, she thinks, she goes deep, and she gives feedback that’s honest, precise, and genuinely helpful. That’s rare, and I’m grateful for it.

I started training with Olivia in February 2025. With a few short months, she completely changed my life. I know it’s a cliché, but she’s definitely a miracle worker. Despite the crazy muscle soreness after, I loved training with Olivia. I had never thought about my body and mind embodiment before, at least not beyond theoretically. Olivia taught me how to really connect with my body, and not dissociate from it. The breath work along with the strength training helped me more than just physically. (I mean, that’s the whole point!) Olivia is very perceptive, very focused, and completely with you during the sessions. If something is not working, she intuitively finds a way to fix it. If you’re considering training with Olivia, don’t think too much. Just do it. You’ll be nothing but grateful.

Olivia is a joy to work with! She has a very kind, calming presence and gives honest, accurate feedback on what will help you progress, even if it might be tough to hear. Her fresh perspectives on the relationship between our minds and bodies has been invaluable while navigating a new phase in my life and reconnecting with my body through chronic illness. Highly recommend!

People often ask
Have a question about my training programs? Check out our frequently asked questions below for answers to common inquiries.
Most traditional fitness programs operate on a "no pain, no gain" mentality that pushes dysregulated bodies further into survival mode. On the flip side, many somatic practices focus solely on gentleness and release, which can leave hypermobile or neurodivergent bodies feeling unanchored.
My method is the bridge. We don't just "relax"—we load. We combine the safety of somatic regulation with the necessity of strength training. This ensures you aren't just calming your nervous system, but actually building a container strong enough to hold your life. We replace the capitalist urge to "burn calories" with the biological need to myelinate new neural pathways of safety and power and increase your window of tolerance!
Because this is about listening to your capacity, there is no rigid schedule. Instead, I encourage a "Frequent, Often, Sometimes" approach:
Frequent: Daily check-ins (breathwork, quick release) to maintain a baseline of safety.
This will be best supported in our membership container, with the option to add on a personal training session as needed.
Often: 2-3 times a week engaging in our strength circuits or mobility flows.
This will be best supported with either 1:1 coaching or group sessions, both which meet on a weekly basis.
Sometimes: Higher intensity sessions when your energy envelope allows. The goal is consistency in connection to your body, not consistency in output.
This will be best supported with either group sessions -- which meet on a weekly basis-- or a "10 call pack" of personal training sessions, which you can use at your discretion within the period of 6 months.
Yes, the entire Somatic Society membership and the High Functioning Burnout ecosystem are designed to be fully accessible online. You get access to live calls, the video library, and the community from anywhere in the world.

You are exactly who I built this for. You do not need to be "fit," "flexible," or "regulated" to start—in fact, if you were already those things, you wouldn't need me. We start with the foundations: learning how to breathe and how to release tension. This is a "come as you are" space where unlearning old habits is just as important as learning new movements.
"Soma" means "the body as perceived from within." Unlike traditional exercise, which focuses on how you look or perform externally, somatic work focuses on interoception—how you feel internally. It is a bottom-up approach to mental health, meaning we use the body to send signals of safety to the brain, rather than trying to "think" our way out of stress.
Breathwork is the remote control for your nervous system. It isn't just "deep breathing"—it is the intentional manipulation of your breath mechanics to shift your physiological state. Whether we need to up-regulate (energize) or down-regulate (calm), we use specific protocols to directly stimulate the vagus nerve and widen your window of tolerance.
Your fascia is the connective tissue web that holds your entire body together. Trauma, chronic stress, and inflammation can cause this tissue to become dehydrated and "stuck," trapping you in patterns of pain and restriction. We use balls, blocks, and manual pressure to rehydrate these tissues, releasing stored tension and preparing your body to move with actual range of motion, rather than compensation.
This is for the "high functioning" burnout victims. It is for the neurodivergent folks who understand that executive dysfunction is often just the tip of the iceberg.
We now know that neurodivergence is frequently comorbid with chronic stress, chronic dysregulation and connective tissue disorders.
/Your nervous system and your fascia are inextricably linked; you cannot treat one without honoring the other. This program is for those who need to build strength without risking a flare-up—for anyone who has felt betrayed by their own biology and is ready to rebuild that relationship on their own terms.
