Yes. The entire program is designed to be flexible and self-paced. You can move through the modules whenever it suits you and revisit lessons whenever you need. There are no deadlines or pressure to keep up with anyone else.
The video content for each module will total roughly an hour, but is broken into short, bite-sized video lessons, so you can work through the content in manageable segments. Many people choose to complete one module each week, but you can move faster or slower depending on your schedule. The entire program is planned to take about 14 weeks on average.

The entire program is delivered to your inbox, and the nutritional products straight to your door.
