Hello I'm Marjorie

H A nutritional therapist specialising in midlife women's health I know first-hand ow frustrating it feels when your energy, mood and metabolism seems to change overnight and nothing you’ve tried before seems to work anymore.

That’s why I created this rebalance — to help you get back in tune with your body and feel more like yourself again.

My approach focuses on gently resetting your metabolism, establishing a nourishing rhythm, empowering you to rise above challenges and flourish in midlife. Let's move beyond restrictive diets and embrace a kinder, more energising path to well-being.

Yes if you want to reset your health and energy at midlife through eating and lifestyle habits with the expertise of a registered Nutritional Therapist with expertise in menopause and gut health.

There will be opportunities to join the next Nourish to Flourish and you will also be invited to work with Marjorie for continued support including a special offer.

Most participants experience feeling fresher and brighter with more balanced energy and mood within the first few days.

The recipes are gluten and dairy free. They include recipes with meat, fish as well as vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian option is available. Most dietary needs can be accommodated if you are willing to adapt some recipes.

No 1:1 support is included during the 7 days. There is a private WhatsApp group where you can ask questions and get both expert answers from Marjorie and support from your fellow participants. Extra support this can be arranged at an additional cost..
