For over 20 years, I walked the same corridors you do. Navigating HR leadership in the university sector. I know what it feels like to hold it all together in those senior leadership meetings while your shoulders ache from tension you can't release.
I understand the weight of being the only Black woman in the room, constantly proving your worth, while managing everyone else's crises.
About Me...
My name is Angelina. I'm a single mother of four who survived a toxic workplace, an abusive marriage, and a life-changing train accident that forced me to stop and ask: Is this really all there is?
The answer came during shavasana in a yoga class where I had a moment of clarity so profound it changed everything. Yoga along with my Christian faith, became my companion through turbulent times, helping me process not just workplace trauma, but childhood wounds I'd been carrying for decades.
Now, as a 250-hour certified Yoga Teacher, I bring together body, mind, and spirit:
Body: Movement practices that release stress stored in your tissues
Mind: Career strategy rooted in 20+ years of HR leadership experience
Spirit: Space to reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom
I'm not here to teach you complicated poses or make you feel like you need to be more flexible. I'm here to help you breathe again. To create space for you to hear that inner voice you've been too busy to notice. To give your exhausted body permission to rest while your brilliant mind processes what's next.

My yoga classes aren't just about movement, they're about reclamation...
Reclaiming your body from the stress that's manifesting as high blood pressure, that stubborn stress belly and other chronic health conditions. Reclaiming your time from the endless cycle of proving yourself. Reclaiming your joy, your authenticity, your sense of purpose.
Whether you're in one of my local classes, or one to ones or workshops, you'll find a safe space where being a high-achieving Black woman isn't something you have to explain, but rather, something I already understand in my bones.
Because I didn't just study this work. I lived it, survived it, and transformed through it.
Now I'm here to hold space for your transformation too.
