Nope. This program is all about supporting you with one goal that fits your life. You choose the habit or area you want to focus on—whether it is movement, nutrition, sleep, mindset, or anything else. I help you stay consistent.

What if I do not know what habit to start with?

That is what I am here for. We will talk it through on your first check-in call, and I will help you pick something that feels realistic and doable based on your lifestyle.

How do the check-ins work?

You get one 15 minute coaching call per month to set your goal. Then I check in with you weekly by message to help you stay on track, adjust if needed, and keep you motivated.

How much does it cost?

It is $100 per month. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime.

Is this right for me if I feel like I always fall off track?
