Jessica's background
Jessica is passionate about guiding and supporting women in their unique motherhood experiences. She is also the Associate Director for Global Engagement at Trinity College's Office of Study Away where she fosters life changing experiences for students and supports them with their transition before, during, and after studying away. With 20 years of experience as an international educator, working with students and colleagues from across the globe, Jessica has a knack for working with diverse populations. She has experience facilitating and advising small and large groups, and looks for ways to incorporate universal design into her programming, to support the needs of all learners. After experiencing a traumatic pregnancy loss, Jessica wanted to give back to other couples by teaching child birth classes. She realized there was also a need for more of a community and a sisterhood. She wanted to continue supporting mamas even after the childbirth classes ended. This has been her dream for years and she is excited to finally and officially welcome you to The Lark Awakened!
