Taking a career pivot, like many during the Covid Pandemic, I embarked on a journey to deepen my understanding of health and nutrition by attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. One of the most profound insights I gained there was that true wellness extends beyond the foods we eat; it's intricately connected to our overall lifestyle and mindset. This newfound passion for helping others inspired me to establish my own private coaching practice and to further secure my credentials by becoming National Board Certified through the NBHWC. Today, I draw from my professional background in the hospitality industry and my passion for wellness, guiding clients on their individual paths to a healthier lifestyle, whatever that looks like. My commitment is to help clients navigate all of the information out there to find what works best for their body and their lifestyle. I fully embrace a holistic approach to health, enabling you to feel your best in your own body. Outside of my professional pursuits, I am a 200hr RYT & avid yogi, marathon jogger, mom/wife, and overcommitted community volunteer.
