The CHC Terms & Conditions
1. Our Relationship
You’re joining as a member — not an employee, contractor, or representative of CHC. You’re responsible for your own taxes and business expenses. Being a CHC member doesn’t entitle you to any employee benefits like paid time off or insurance.
2. What You’re Signing Up For
As a CHC member, you’re getting access to professional education and resources. These are outlined in detail in the Membership Info (Schedule A & B). Your access is subject to the terms here.
3. Payment Terms
You agree to pay the membership fees as outlined in your plan. Full payment is due as agreed. If you're on a payment plan, your payments must be made on time.
4. Your Responsibilities as a CHC Member
As a member, you agree to:
Share accurate contact information (name, email, etc.)
Submit your profile (bio and photo) in the format we ask for
Only post or promote content with prior approval
Pay all fees on time
Understand we may not approve or publish all submitted content
5. What We Promise
The CHC will:
Provide the agreed-upon membership services to the best of our ability
Do our best to ensure access to the platform and programs is consistent
Not be held responsible if the site is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or tech issues
Follow all legal and licensing rules as required
Handle taxes on our side (you’re still responsible for yours)
Cover any issues that arise from our side of those tax or legal obligations
6. Tech Limitations
You’re responsible for having a strong internet connection. While we’ll do our best to make content accessible and our platform reliable, we can’t promise 100% uptime. We’re not liable for delays or outages due to internet or tech problems.
7. Income Disclaimer
We can’t guarantee any specific outcomes from being a member — including career growth, client results, or income. Everyone’s results will be different based on their unique circumstances and effort. CHC is not liable for your outcomes.
8. Changes to the Membership
We may update the CHC membership, the platform, or materials at any time. You’ll get at least 10 days’ notice. Continuing to use the membership means you agree to those changes. If you don’t agree, you can choose to cancel before the next renewal.
9. Community Conduct (Zero-Tolerance Policy)
We expect kindness, respect, and professionalism in our Facebook group and community spaces. The following are not tolerated and may result in immediate removal:
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
Sexist, racist, or derogatory language or content
Sexual harassment, inappropriate messages, or bullying
Any violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code
To report issues, please email: support [AT] theconfidenthormoneclub [dot com]
10. Cancelling or Ending Membership
You or CHC can cancel this agreement at any time with written notice.
We may cancel immediately if your actions harm our brand or community.
No refunds will be issued if you cancel early.
If you’re on a payment plan, you’re still responsible for completing it.
You will continue to have access to the platform until your term ends (unless removed for misconduct).
11. Your Privacy
We protect your personal information and will only use it to deliver your membership services. We use secure platforms and take data protection seriously, but there’s always some risk with virtual services. You acknowledge this when participating online.
12. Intellectual Property
All CHC materials — webinars, resources, handouts, and training — are protected. You may use them for personal and professional development only, not to copy, share, or resell.
If you create content that we publish through CHC (e.g. a guest blog, webinar, or handout), CHC owns that content and may use it as part of the platform.
You agree we can share your name and testimonials for promotional purposes.
13. No Public Disparagement
You agree not to post anything publicly that harms CHC’s reputation or shares confidential information about members, staff, or content — including on social media, websites, or email.
14. Ongoing Commitments
Sections on privacy, intellectual property, and conduct remain in effect even after you leave the membership.
15. Indemnification
You agree to hold CHC harmless from any third-party claims related to your participation. We will do the same for you if issues are caused by our own negligence or failure to meet our responsibilities.
16. Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for indirect damages, including lost income, health issues, or other consequences related to your use (or misuse) of CHC materials.
17. Force Majeure
We’re not liable for disruptions beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, emergencies, strikes, etc.). You won’t be charged for services we’re unable to deliver due to these events.
18. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any issues informally first. If needed, we’ll try mediation. If it goes to legal action, it will be handled through arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. Any financial liability will not exceed the value of your annual membership.
19. Final Legal Stuff
Headings are for easy reading, not legal interpretation
If one section isn’t enforceable, the rest still apply
This is the full agreement — nothing verbal overrides it
Changes must be in writing and agreed to by both parties
You can sign and return this electronically
