This is a history-centric curriculum so it will cover your history for the month. It could also cover literature for elementary ages, a little bit of science in week one, and some writing for the youth. It will not cover other subjects so those would need to be added.
Elementary-age kids are in the Goldilocks-zone for this curriculum but some simple activities, books, and fun music allow preschool-age kids to be included and youth extensions allow middle school and up to make meaningful history connections.
1-1.5 hours daily but you can also pick and choose at your own pace to follow your family's schooling style.
Every family is different, but one idea is to do it as a family in the morning before lunch (like morning-time) and then finish the rest of your homeschooling subjects after lunch, or visa-versa.
The curriculum is non-denominational Christian in perspective.

I'm Stephanie, a homeschooling mom who loves to voraciously learn and share those ideas with others! Why Christmas school? When I started doing Christmas school with my kids, our holiday experience shifted. Instead of squeezing traditions in where we could, we now had dedicated time to savor the stories, scripture, music, crafts, and recipes I had only previously dreamed of doing.
