1. Purpose of Our Services

Aligned Collective provides personal development coaching, mindset training, and educational resources designed to help you improve self-awareness, self-leadership, and confidence.
We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or guaranteed money-making system. Coaching and educational resources support your growth, but we do not guarantee results or specific outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our Services. By using our Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching and materials provided by Aligned Collective are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for mental health therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice.
If you have or suspect you may have a mental health or medical condition, you should seek help from a qualified professional.

4. No Guarantees of Results

Your success depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow-through. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results. Testimonials are individual experiences and are not typical.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All prices are in euros unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan before Services begin.
Due to the nature of coaching and digital materials, all payments are non-refundable once Services have started, except where required by law.
Missed sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion with at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in our coaching programs, digital products, and on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and worksheets — is the intellectual property of Aligned Collective – Coaching with Peggy.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share this content without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us during coaching sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
By participating in group settings or communities, you agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to engage in coaching sessions respectfully, be on time, and follow through on agreed actions to the best of your ability. We reserve the right to terminate Services if you behave inappropriately or violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
