Hi my name is Phil Jerromes and I have been helping women lose weight, burn fat and feel great for the last 20 years.
In that time, despite obviously not being female, I have learnt lots about how the female body internally and externally reacts to fitness and nutrition, helping hundreds of women aged 30-55 to achieve the bodies they thought they would never have again.
In this time I have realised that weight loss and body change is about more than just dieting and exercising hard, it's also about addressing bad habits and creating new ones, it's about dealing with external issues such as stress and sleep problems, and its also about working with the body through hormonal or emotional times to restrict cravings.
The problem with losing weight (or bodyfat) is that there is so much information out there. There are lots of diets and fitness plans which offer contradictory advice, all claiming to be the new miracle cure for your problem. In reality, there is no such thing, (not even my plans 🙂) What there is though are well researched, scientifically proven actions we can take to move you closer and closer to your ultimate goals.
Over time I have refined these plans with my clients, I’ve learnt what doesn't work, what does work but is unsustainable and eventually what is both sustainable and what works well. And what really works well is addressing your bad habits.We take a deep dive into not only whats happening in your diet but why. Why can’t you stop eating those cookies, why cant you stop having that glass of wine after work even though you really want to. The answer is because your stuck in a negative habit loop.
So if you feared that you would never lose weight again despite endlessly trying, you’ve got more than 1 stone to lose and you want to find the key to healthy, sustainable weight loss.
