The entire course will be sent to you directly via email. Every morning you'll receive an email with the lesson, resources, and action steps to take that day. The 5 live group coaching calls will be on Google Meets. The link and calendar invite will be sent to you in the first welcome email.
The challenge is 5 days, Monday - Friday, with Saturday and Sunday being bonus days if you choose to keep going.
The time commitment is up to you and how much effort you want to put into this. At minimum I recommend setting at least 30 minutes aside a day of uninterrupted work, but if you really want to get the most out of this, be prepared to commit to upwards of an hour a day. Remember, what you put in is what you'll get out.
