Friday Nov. 10, 10:30-11am ET: Strength from the Core
Core strength gives you power and stability in all of your movements, whether you are running, swimming, or just moving through your day. A strong core helps you balance and stay steady on your feet. This 30 minute Mindful Core class will give you the foundations you'll need for the rest of the weekend, understanding how stabilizing your core will improve your balance and assist strengthening the rest of your body.
Saturday Nov. 11, 8:30-9am ET: From Mountain to Tree
Mountain pose, or Tadasana, is the foundational pose for many yoga poses, including balance poses. Breaking down Mountain pose will give you a more solid base for when you move onto 1 leg, like with Tree pose. In this class you will cultivate leg and core strength, play with shifting your weight from one foot to the other, and finally land in Tree pose, feeling stable and at ease.
Saturday Nov. 11, 9:15-9:45am ET: Whole Strength
Build strength for the whole body, using the wisdom of yoga. Will include poses to build strength in the core, arms, legs, back, and hips. This will be a whole body strength class, using mindfulness and yoga wisdom.
Sunday Nov. 12, 8:30-9am ET: Shift and Move
This final class builds on the previous 3 to ingrate strength and balance while moving from one pose to the next. This Beginner Vinyasa Flow will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and at peace for the rest of your day!
