BASE EVENT FEE
The Base Event Fee of $425 includes:
Up to 25 guests (Additional guests: $6 each)
Signature mobile lemonade bar
Bistro lounge setup (2 chairs, table, umbrella)
1 giant yard game of choice (Giant Tetris, Connect 4 or Cornhole)
Custom stickers for the first 50 cups to match your event theme
Professional service

BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Beverage Service of $6 per guest includes:
One Classic Lemonade - real lemons, non-GMO sugar and purified water
One Signature Flavor of your choice - using our premium clean-label Monin syrups
10 oz cups, ice, and refills are included for all confirmed guests during service hours
Final guest count confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
OPTIONAL ADD ONS
Additional service hour: $125
Additional lemonade flavor: $35 (Add a third flavor option to your menu)
Additional yard game: $30
Travel beyond 25 miles: $1.25/mile

Yes! Refills are included for all confirmed guests during your booked service time.
We keep it simple. Your event includes a $425 base event fee, plus $6 per guest. This allows us to scale service fairly based on your guest count while covering setup, service, and cleanup.
Your final guest count is confirmed 7 days prior to your event.
If additional guests attend beyond that number, we can continue service at $6 per additional guest, subject to available supplies.

Travel beyond that range is billed at $1.25 per mile.

For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan. We’re happy to work with you to adjust setup if weather becomes an issue.
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
Additionally, local taxes and an 18% set up fee is included in the invoice.
