Our Workshop: Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
1.1 These terms and conditions are the ground rules that apply to everyone joining our workshop.
1.2 The terms and conditions are a contract between us, Georgina Vincent and Eva Werners ("us" or "we"), and you, the participant ("you"). If there's ever a problem, this is where we'll find our way.
1.3 Our workshops are all about having a blast, learning loads, and making memories and friendships for a lifetime. These terms and conditions are here to make sure we're all on the same page and can dive right into the fun part.
1.4 When you book a workshop with us, you're giving us a virtual handshake and agreeing to our rules.
1.5 By booking and showing up at one of our workshops, you're telling us you've done your homework. You've read the workshop details, know what you're in for, and are ready for our workshop.
2. Our Workshops
2.1 We have created a transformative workshop where you'll gain essential drone piloting skills and learn photo and video editing techniques from us.
2.2 Our workshop is limited to 3 spots to keep it very exclusive and private so you will have the best learning experience.
2.3 You are responsible for bringing your own drone and equipment to the workshop, including items such as drones, spare propellers, ND filters, laptops, hard drives, SD cards, card readers, adapters, etc.
2.4 We have different locations planned for each day, but nature can be a wild card, right? We can't control the weather or the change of a specific spot we want to visit. That means we can't promise you'll leave the workshop with a specific photo. But, we promise to give it our all to make each day as photogenic as possible!
2.5 You are responsible for arriving prepared and at the specified meet-up time/location for the workshop.
2.6 If you can’t make it to our meet-up on time, you are responsible for arranging your own transport to the accommodation.
3. Fitness and Suitability
3.1 We expect a medium level of fitness. We are not going on crazy hikes but expect to be on your feet and exploring for about 4-5 hours each day.
3.2 You're responsible for carrying all your photography gear to our shooting spots.
3.3 If there's a part of the workshop that's too much of a physical hustle for you, we've got your back. We'll find a chill spot or an alternative photo-worthy place to explore.
3.4 To join our workshops, you've got to be at least 18 years old and responsible for your own actions.
3.5 If you decide to skip out on part of the workshop for your own reasons, there won't be any refunds. It's your call.
3.6 Let us know before you book if there's anything physical or mental that might slow you down during the workshop.
4. Insurance and Documents
4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, visas, permits (EU drone permit), and full insurance (for both your drone as well as for your health) before the start of the workshop.
4.2 We're all about safety first. We'll need proof that you've got your insurance, including any coverage for pre-existing medical conditions. Share those details before we kick things off.
4.3 Should you be unable to enter the country for reasons relating to the issuance of visas, denial of entry, health, or past immigration history, no refunds will be made.
5. Health
5.1 You should be in good health before the beginning of our workshop.
5.2 Prior to making a booking, you are required to inform us of any relevant medical conditions that could impact your ability to participate fully and/or could present a risk to anyone’s safety during the workshop.
5.3 You understand that we are not doctors, so all we can provide in case of an emergency is a first-aid kit and wait until trained medical personnel arrive.
5.4 You are responsible for ensuring you have brought any prescribed medications or medical devices to the workshop and are able to self-administer such items.
6. Liability and Safety
6.1 You attend the workshop at your own risk and are responsible for your personal safety.
6.2 We (Georgina Vincent and Eva Werners) are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the workshop.
6.3 You must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided during our workshop.
7. Equipment
7.1 You are responsible for making sure you have all recommended equipment and that it is suitably insured at all times.
7.2 We do not take any responsibility for equipment that is lost, damaged, or stolen during the workshop, and it is essential that you take care of your belongings as well as having suitable insurance for all scenarios.
7.3 Make sure all your gear (drones and cameras) is 100% functioning before the workshop so there won't be any surprises when we head out to our first shooting location.
8. Itinerary Changes
There is a possibility of some minor changes that need to be made during the workshop on the fly due to weather, local accessibility, road and ground works, transport changes, etc.
9. Payments
9.1 The prices displayed on this website are in € EUR. If your native currency is not EUR, then you may have extra fees added by your card provider or bank. We have no control over those fees.
9.2 You will pay a deposit, and the remaining balance will be paid via bank transfer. The paid deposit confirms your spot in our workshop, and the deposit is non refundable.
9.3 You will receive an invoice with payment details after paying the deposit. We offer bespoke payment plans in instalments, which must be paid latest 12 weeks prior to the workshop.
9.4 If you book the workshop 12 weeks prior to the workshop start, we only have a full payment option available.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
10.1 We understand that, from time to time, issues outside of your control can mean a change of plan. Therefore, we offer the following cancellation and refund policy:
> 20 weeks prior to the workshop start date = Loss of deposit only
16 – 20 weeks prior to the workshop start date = Loss of 50% of full price
12 - 16 weeks prior to the workshop start date = Loss of 75% of full price

10.2 If you believe you may need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible as it is easier to look at options earlier rather than later. In all cases of cancellation, it may be possible for a workshop booking to be transferred to another person in the waiting list.
10.3 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ([email protected]).
11. Cancellations by us
11.1 We reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, industrial disputes, bereavement, political conditions, etc.) without consulting you. It is understood that such decisions will be made in the best interests of all participants and with regard to safety first. You have no right to any refund or other considerations in the event of these inevitable itinerary changes.

11.4 The workshop may be cancelled or amended when the minimum attendee numbers are not met. In this case, the following options will be presented to you as our customer:
Full refund of the workshop participation fee
If possible, transfer of your secured spot to the same equivalent workshop in the future.
Changes to the workshop fit for the number of attendees (e.g. accommodation, catering, discounted participation fee).
