My healing began when I walked away from a conventional career in sports medicine and immersed myself in the wisdom of the Earth, working on regenerative farms and learning to live in harmony with nature's rhythms.

FAQ's: Your Questions Answered

The entire course will be sent to you directly via email. Every morning you'll receive an email with the lesson, resources, and action steps to take that day.

The challenge is 5 days, Monday - Friday.

The time commitment is up to you and how much effort you want to put into this. At minimum I recommend setting at least 30 minutes aside a day of uninterrupted work, but if you really want to get the most out of this, be prepared to commit to upwards of an hour a day. Remember, what you put in is what you'll get out.

There's a lot you can learn, If you commit to each day and follow through on the action steps. After completion you will have learned how to implement simple actions and habits related to breath, movement, sleep, nutrition, and nature connection that will help you reduce your mental and physical pain and ultimately have more control over your wellbeing.

The benefits will vary from person to person. In general you'll walk away with more confidence in your own abilities to create wellness having tools you can use daily to reduce physical and mental pain and create better health. You'll also have gained access to a community of other purpose driven people on a similar path that you can lean in on for support. The more effort you put in the more benefits you'll receive. It's up to you how much you get out of this.
