The entire course will be sent to you directly via email. Every morning you'll receive an email with the lesson, resources, and action steps to take that day.
The challenge is 5 days, Monday - Friday.
The time commitment is up to you and how much effort you want to put into this. At minimum I recommend setting at least 30 minutes aside a day of uninterrupted work, but if you really want to get the most out of this, be prepared to commit to upwards of an hour a day. Remember, what you put in is what you'll get out.
