Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, simple requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

You might be surprised to hear this, but [Re]Design is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of [Re]Design. However, power-up requests such as complex projects or tasks are provided by partner marketers.

We understand you may not have enough work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. For example, for the monthly plans, billing cycles are based on 30 day periods. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

The only cases where additional payment is necessary is when your requests have extra costs for [Re]Design. For example, websites with hosting fees or paid media campaigns with budget. We'll always consult you before and only go ahead if you accept it and cover 100% payment upfront.

We use multiple marketing softwares and technology depending on customer needs. We are well-versed in the full marketing stack. If there is a need to use a specific tool, reach out and we'll analyse!

[Re]Design offers a ton of flexibility in how you place requests using Trello. Some common ways clients input requests are directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or drafts, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

It's fine if you only have one request. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional marketing needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste. Additionally, some clients like to create recurrent tasks. For example, create one SEO optimised blog post per week or create a high-converting email per week. This is also possible, but subject to analysis and capacity.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

Anything in English and Portuguese is fair game. We are also able to work in French and Spanish but for a limited scope of work.
