Sheri Task MD, ABLM, AFMC

Co-founder

Hi! I’m Dr. Sheri Task. For over 21 years I was busy as a Board certified OB/GYN.

I gave everything to make sure my patients had the best care.

Even my own health!

I chose to leave my practice so I could help others understand what I came to realize-in order to achieve optimal wellness, we have to get to the root causes of what is driving our illness!

I became Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the School of Applied Functional Medicine.

I now use functional medicine and lifestyle medicine modalities to help individuals prevent and reverse disease risk, balance hormones, manage weight, and achieve their health goals.

Victoria Rivera MS, PA-C, IFMCP

Co-founder

I am a functional medicine clinician combining the best of my western medical training, clinical nutrition, and intuition medicine.

I am certified through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), which is the founding organization of Functional Medicine that began in 1991.

Before opening my own medical practice, I worked in family practice, internal medicine, women’s health and functional medicine group practices for over 20 years.

As a functional medicine clinician, I focus on the gastrointestinal system and its role in chronic disease, which often begins in the gut.

My practice style centers on how and why individuals develop disease.
