The property appears sound based on the review, with no major concerns identified around pricing, building quality or overall fundamentals.
The next step is moving to an inspection. We will attend on your behalf or with you, record the inspection plus street investigation and send the walkthrough straight away so you can review everything on demand before making a final decision.

Building Standard: ★★★☆☆
Certain factors may require closer attention before proceeding. This could include building issues, owners corporation matters, pricing concerns or other risks that are not immediately obvious from the listing.
In these cases the next step is usually further investigation or a targeted inspection to better understand the issue before deciding whether the property is worth pursuing.
Shortlist Score: 70 and below
Building Standard: ★★☆☆☆
The review has identified issues that materially weaken the property from a building, pricing or investment perspective.
In these situations the best outcome is often deciding not to proceed. If that happens, we will complete two additional property reviews within 30 days at no extra charge, helping you continue the search with confidence.
